2. Platform Description
LiquidEx is an institutional liquidity marketplace that connects corporate treasury departments with banking partners for the placement of time deposits. The Platform facilitates sealed-bid auctions, compliance workflows, and deposit management services.
3. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by authorized representatives of corporate entities and financial institutions. Users must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind their organizations to these terms. Individual retail investors are not eligible to use this Platform.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout the use of the Platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
5. Disclaimer
LiquidEx provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Platform. Investment decisions should be made based on independent analysis and professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiquidEx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
